Welcome!
I believe that a healthy sexual and relational life is a vital part of our overall well-being, yet it’s often the hardest thing to talk about. Since 2015, I’ve dedicated my practice to helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of intimacy with compassion and clarity.
My work is rooted in a holistic, multidisciplinary perspective. Whether we are addressing specific sexual concerns or deepening your relational connection, I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen. Beyond my clinical practice, I’m passionate about elevating the field of sexual health. I frequently collaborate with other healthcare providers and offer specialized training and case consultation for clinicians looking to integrate sexual health conversations into their own work.
My journey in this field began at Friends University, where I earned my Masters of Science in Family Therapy in 2012. Committed to providing the highest level of specialized care, I became an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist in 2017. Since then, I have achieved the advanced designation of AASECT Certified Sex Therapist Supervisor. This means that in addition to my clinical work, I have completed extensive specialized training to mentor and guide other clinicians through the rigorous AASECT certification process.
